Welcome to RemindLife. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RemindLife mobile application and related services provided by UmehTech Ltd ("UmehTech", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using RemindLife, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using RemindLife, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using RemindLife on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
2. About RemindLife
RemindLife is a reminder and notification application designed to help you create, organize, schedule, and manage personal reminders, routines, events, expiry dates, and other important dates.
RemindLife is intended as a personal productivity and reminder tool. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional, medical, emergency, safety-critical, financial, legal, or other critical notification systems.

You agree not to misuse RemindLife, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems, distribute malicious software through the application, or use the application in a manner that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
4. Your Reminder Data
RemindLife is designed to store your reminder information locally on your device. Depending on how you use the application, this information may include reminder titles, notes, dates, times, categories, locations, people information, and reminder preferences.
You are responsible for the information you enter into the application and for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights or permission to store any information about other people.
Because reminder information is stored locally, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for making any backups you consider necessary.
5. Notifications and Alarms
RemindLife uses device notification and alarm functionality to provide reminder alerts based on schedules created by you.
Notification and alarm behavior may depend on your device, Android version, notification permissions, alarm permissions, battery and power-management settings, manufacturer-specific restrictions, system settings, and other factors outside our control.
Although we design RemindLife to provide reminders as reliably as possible, we do not guarantee that every reminder notification will always be delivered at the intended time or delivered at all.
You should not rely on RemindLife as the sole notification mechanism for emergencies, safety-critical events, medical treatment, medication schedules, financial deadlines, legal deadlines, or any other situation where a missed notification could result in harm, loss, or other serious consequences.
6. Device Permissions
Some RemindLife features may require device permissions, including notification and alarm-related permissions.
You may grant, deny, or change applicable permissions through your device settings. Refusing or disabling a permission may prevent certain features from functioning correctly.
7. Advertising
RemindLife may display advertisements through Google AdMob. Advertisements are provided by third-party advertising services.
Google and its advertising partners may process certain device, advertising, and interaction information in connection with advertising services, subject to applicable settings, consent requirements, laws, and their respective policies.
Your use of advertising features may therefore be subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or with our written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from RemindLife or its proprietary materials.
11. Application Availability and Updates
We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of RemindLife at any time, including individual features, without being required to maintain a particular feature indefinitely.
We may release updates, bug fixes, security improvements, or other changes to the application. Some features may require you to install an updated version of RemindLife or maintain a compatible operating system.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RemindLife is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.
We do not guarantee that RemindLife will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or operating-system configuration, or free from defects.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UmehTech Ltd and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or other losses arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, RemindLife.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. User Responsibility
You are responsible for using RemindLife appropriately and for reviewing important reminders independently when necessary.
You are also responsible for maintaining access to your device, keeping your operating system reasonably up to date, managing applicable permissions, and ensuring that RemindLife is configured appropriately for your intended use.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to RemindLife, our services, applicable laws, or third-party services.
